Transit Time Reference

ModeEstimated transit
Air freightApprox. 5–10 days door to door
Express courierApprox. 3–7 days door to door
Sea freight (FCL)Approx. 18–35 days by lane
Sea freight (LCL)Approx. 22–40 days by lane
Rail (China–Europe)Approx. 18–25 days

For reference only. Actual transit depends on route, carrier schedule, season and customs clearance.

Three Things That Cause Delays — Avoid Them Early

  • Incorrect HS code or declared value — leads to customs inspection and penalty at destination.
  • Undeclared batteries, liquids or magnets — the shipment can be held or returned by the carrier.
  • Weak export packaging — cartons must withstand stacking, handling and long-distance transit.

Guide FAQ

Questions customers ask most before their first shipment.

Can I ship if I only have one carton?
Yes. Small shipments move by courier or air freight, and we can consolidate them with other cargo to reduce cost.
Can you pick up from several suppliers for me?
Yes. Send us the supplier list and we collect from each location, then consolidate in our warehouse before shipping.
What is the difference between DDP and DDU?
Under DDP we handle duties and taxes and deliver to your door. Under DDU you pay duties on arrival and clear customs yourself.
When do I pay?
We confirm the freight amount before shipping. Payment terms are stated clearly in the quotation, with no charge added afterwards without your approval.
