Tracking FAQ

If something looks off, here is what usually explains it.

My tracking number shows no result.: Numbers become searchable after the shipment is handed over to the carrier, usually within 1–2 working days after pickup. If it stays empty for longer, contact us and we check it directly.
How often is the status updated?: Each checkpoint is refreshed by the carrier. Ocean shipments update at departure, transshipment and arrival; air and courier shipments update more frequently.
The status has not changed for several days.: This is normal during ocean transit, customs inspection or peak season congestion. Send us your number and we request the carrier to confirm the actual position.
I lost my tracking number.: Contact us with your company name, shipment date or destination, and we will send the number to you again.

Cannot find your shipment status? Send us the tracking number and we check it with the carrier for you.
